| 抄録(和) | 近年、PWMインバータは多分野にわたって用いられているが、住環境内での使用ニーズの高まりとともに、PWMインバータで運転する際のモータ騒音の低減か緊急の課題となってきている。従来の低騒音タイプPWMインバータの騒音は、主にデッドタイムによる出力電圧波形歪が原因で発生し、これまでこの問題に対しデッドタイム補正手段を設けて対処してきたが、完全に補正することは困難で、またコストアップの要因となっている。今回、デッドタイムが本質的に存在しない新しい制御方式(AVSD方式)を確立してこの問題を根本的に解決し、安価でしかも極めて出力電圧波形歪の小さいPWMインバータを開発することができた。 |
| 抄録(英) | PWM inverters have been applied recently to motors in various fields, being increasingly used in indoor equipment. Consequently, reduction of the motor noise generated by PWM inverter operation is a pressing problem. In the conventional PWM inverters (low noise type), noise is generated mainly by the output waveform distortion due to the "dead time". For the countermeasures, "dead time" compensation has been used, but complete compensation is difficult and it causes cost increase. A new control method, "AVSD-method" which eliminates the "dead time" essentially has been developed. It solved the problem completely, so that it has made possible development of PWM inverters with extremely small distortion in the output waveform at low cost. |
