Abstract(in English) | Recently, resistance standard is performed using by a Quantum Hall Resistance (QHR) device made from semiconductor hetero-structure in very low temperature and high magnetic field. The QHR is presented as Plank's constant divided by the square of an electric charge, independent upon any kind of materials, shapes and production methods. In this paper, mainly the improvement of QHR sample tried in the INMS, NRC are discussed. |
