Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In order to examine the inflence of anode and cathode material on breaking arc, the arc was made by breaking the Au and Cu combined contacts in a DC50V-10A circuit serial 15 times arcs. At every breaking arc, spectrum intensity nearly cathode contacts was measured by using a monochromator and a CCD linear image sensor, and arc duration was measured by using a digitaloscilloscope. As a results, arc duration of the Cu-anode contacts is longer than that of the Au-anode contacts. We didn't detect Au-spectrum at nearly cathode contacts on the combination of Au-anode contacts and Cu-cathode contacts serial 15 times arcs. Spectrum of anode material can be detect ed or not depend on vapor volume of anode material at short gap.
