| 抄録(和) | 接触面の形に対する集中抵抗の値は電解槽を用いたシミュレーションによりモデル化する事で実験的に得られてきた. ここで述べる近似式は接触点が分散している場合にも適用でき, 接触面の特性を満足するよう計算可能で, さらに誤差を小さくするように追求したものである. 提案する試みは断面n次モーメントを用いる近似であり, 慣性モーメントはその一例である. 集中抵抗の影響を表すのにはフォームファクタを用いている. 近似による誤差は理論的に求められている形状のフォームファクタとの比較によって評価を行う. |
| 抄録(英) | Many experiments using the electrolytic bath have been perform to simulate the constriction resistance of electrical contacts. An approximate expression of electrical contacts having multiple area must be calculated to satisfy the characteristics of constriction resistance from the experiments and minimize the error. The proposal is a method using normalized n-th order moment, for example, 2nd order moment of figure of inertia. The influence of the figure on the contact area in relation to constriction resistance is discussed based on the "form factor". Errors caused by the approximation are examined for the known form factors of some figures. |
