| 抄録(和) | 自動車用の電装部品である分岐接続箱(Box)の設計においてネックとなっている熱の問題を設計初期に解決するため、我々はCAEを利用した熱設計ツールを開発した。従来に比べ、模型製作と確認試験の回数が削減され、設計期間を2.5ヶ月短縮できた。更に、簡易ツールとしたことで設計者自身がモデル作成を行い、結果確認・展開がタイムリーにできるようになった。以上のことからBOXの熱設計におけるCAE利用拡大の目途が立った。 |
| 抄録(英) | Whilst designing a Junction Block for an automobile, heat generation within the Junction Block leads to a bottle neck in design.To solve the problem of heat at the initial stage of the design, we have developed the heat-analyzing tool for Junction Blocks using CAE.By using this tool, we can shorten the design lead time by two and a half months, while decreasing the number of sample models and actual tests carried out.Additionally, the design engineers themselves can easily analyze the model, confirm the result, and feed back the result into the design.These advantages have led to CAE becomes a popular design tool for heat generation within the Junction Block. |
