Abstract(in English) We developed SAW matched filters for an asynchronous chip/carrier spread spectrum systems. Under the condition of the carrier signal phase and PN code, 256 tapped delay lines for the filters are designed. Correlation characteristics of the SAW matched filters are verified by the simulation. We applied the filters to 375MHz S-S demodulation circuits for broadcasting systems.18dB peak vs.sidelobe of correlated output signal is obtained.
