Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Excimer laser ablation method is the coating modality excellent in control of composition and a thin film producing. In this paper, we report production of the crystallization hydroxyapatite (HAp:Ca_<10>(PO_4)_6(OH)_2) thin film which is bioactive ceramics on the titanium alloy (Ti-6A1-4V) which is metal implant using the excimer laser ablation method and post-anneal method. The amorphous HAp thin film was produced on the titanium alloy at room temperature using the excimer laser ablation method. Then, anneal processing of 550 and 575℃ was performed with the electric furnace of steam atmosphere, and the amorphous HAp film was crystallized. The crystalline and structural properties was determined by X-Ray Diffraction (XRD) before and after annealing, and the morphology were examined by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) and Atomic Force Microscope (AFM).
