Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) As a fundamental study to evaluate TV pictures degraded by electromagnetic noise, using physiological information, the evoked potential is measured when burst noise as a visual stimulus is mixed into the TV picture signal. The measured signals are analyzed by an averaging technique. When the oddball task using a burst noise stimulus is given, and the inter-stimulus interval is longer than 3s, P300 which is one of the event related potentials is observed. It is assumed the P300 may be an indicator that is greater discriminating the "annoying" stimulus from "not annoying" one.
