Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Recently, the population of myopia is increasing. Though there are many treatment methods of myopia, an effective safe and cure does not exist. We try to examination methods of amplitude of accommodation by the distance between Purkinje-Sanson(PS)images, the distance between PS1 and PS3 images were calculated(rate of PS images). Twelve subjects(12 myopic)were examined for Log MAR(Minimum Angle of Resolution), refractive power and PS images. We found high correlation between rate of PS images and refractive power(r=-0.908). From these results, a possibility that examination methods of amplitude of accommodation could be performed using PS images was suggested.
