Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We have suggested a new electronic cryosurgical system using peltier module. The obtained temperature of this new cryosurgical system was -50℃ when the temperature of liquid medium was -20℃. This new cryosurgical system can not only freeze but also warm the tissue. In this study, we have evaluated the applicability and the cell destructing effect by this new cryosurgical system. As a result, this system enables to avoid attaching and to produce effective cell necrosis. From these findings the new cryosurgical system seems to be more effective cryosurgery them the traditional one.
