Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We introduced a theoretical method to characterize the thermo dynamical properties of high density bio molecular particles(by Haris and Rice in 1959, 60). From the vectorial Liouville equation, Boltzmann equation with two different kinds of particle was derived. Assuming that the collision time is infinitesimaly short and only binary collision occurs, we have obtained a coarse grained average distribution function. To ensure the high density, the pair transitional probability was introduced to the Boltzman integral equation. The pair distribution function was expressed as a multiple product of delta functions with momentum and position vectors. The coefficients of the perturbed solution were expressed by the Sonine polynomials. Comparing to the bio physical experiments, the present method will be available for evaluating the local bio physical field.
