Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Myoelectric prostheses are controlled with myoelectric signals and some of them are already available commercially. However, most are single function system, therefore it is not useful for user's daily works. In order to solve this, many researches have been done on multi-function hands. However, they just tried to classify multi-functions from myoelectric signals, they did not pay attention to users's demands to the prostheses. Therefore, in this work, an investigation of demands to the hand prosthesis, such as functions, comfortability, reliability and price, was carried out. Through this work, some useful knowledge, which will help our feature development of the prosthetic hands, was obtained.
