| 抄録(和) | これまで, 生体内における膝運動を6自由度測定するために, 開放型MRIを用いた無侵襲測定法を開発してきた. この測定法を臨床応用するためには, 側足データに含まれる誤差を定量的に明らかにしなければならない. そこで本研究では, 大腿-脛骨間の相対運動測定の総合精度とMR画像の歪みによる誤差を評価した. 実験にはマーカを取り付けた切断肢を用い, 3次元座標測定器によるマーカ位置の測定とMRI撮像を行った. MR画像から得られた骨形状データとマーカ位置, および座標測定器で計測したマーカ座標から, MR画像の歪みによる誤差成分と総合精度を算出した. その結果, 総合精度は, 回転で最大2.2°(内外旋), 並進で最大1.8mm(内外側)であった. MR画像の歪みによる誤差は1°, 1.2mm未満であった. |
| 抄録(英) | We have been developing a non-invasive measurement using an open MR to investigate in vivo 6-DOF knee movement. In order to apply this technique to clinical application, the error of the measuring device is needed to verify quantitatively. Then, this study describes its overall accuracy to estimate knee movement and the error due to the image distortions, though cadaveric experiment. The two sets of referential makers were mounted on the femur and tibia of the cadaver securely. These markers positions were measured by a precise 3-D digitizer. To evaluate the image distortion of MR image, the markers were also scanned by the MR system. The measuring accuracy and the image distortion were evaluated by the difference of position and orientation of the digitized and scanned marker sets. Consequently, the accuracy of rotation and translation of the measured knee movement was verified to lie within 2.2°,1.8mm, respectively. The error of rotation and translation due to image distortion was verified to lie within 1.0°and 1.2mm, respectively. |
