| 抄録(和) | Hodgkin-Huxley型膜モデルを用いた心室筋興奮伝導コンピュータシミュレーションでは、モデルの複雑化が進み、それに伴って計算量も膨大になっている。そこで我々は、従来から高速計算法を提案してきた。これまでの研究では、心筋線維方向の角度が固定された3次元心筋領域において、興奮伝導現象を記述する3次元モデル、及びその高速計算法を示した。本論文では、心筋線維方向の回転を考慮した3次元モデルに対して高速計算法を適用させることを目的とし、その評価を行った。8種類の角度に対する2次元シミュレーション、およびz方向で角度を変化させた3次元シミュレーションを行い、高い計算精度と数値計算時間の短縮が得られ、本手法の有効性が示された。 |
| 抄録(英) | Because the recent models for a cardiac action potential propagation are more complicated, a large amount of calculation time is necessary for computer simulations. In this study we proposed a new fast computing method for a 3-D model to elucidate the problem. The model we used here is partial differencial equations incorporating transmural fiber rotation in 3-D myocardium. The feature of the method is that the nodes where membrane potential distribution is not steep are omitted from the integration process. Results of computer simulations demonstrate the high efficiency in numerical integration and high accuracy compared with a conventional difference method. |
