| 抄録(和) | 本論文では, 多次元自己回帰モデルによる動脈圧受容体反射の評価法の検討結果について述べる。安静時に測定した心拍, 血圧時系列に多次元自己回帰モデルを当てはめ, 心循環系モデルを推定する。血圧変動に起因する心拍変動を模擬するため, 収縮期血圧にインパルス関数を入力した時の拍動間隔のインパルス応答関数により推定した。インパルス応答関数の最大値と整定時間に着目し, 提案指標と従来指標との比較を行った。その結果, 最大値と従来指標との間に正相関関係がみられた。また, 整定時間と従来指標との間には負相関関係がみられた。従って, 心拍, 血圧時系列へ多次元自己回帰モデルを適用することにより動脈圧受容体反射を評価できる可能性を得ることができた。 |
| 抄録(英) | This paper presents the results of an examination of a method of evaluating arterial baroreflex using the multivariate autoregressive model. The multivariate autoregressive model is applied to heart rate and blood pressure time series measured while at rest, and the heart circulatory system model is estimated. To mock up heart rate variability against blood pressure variability, the model was estimate according to the impulse response function of the R-R interval when the impulse function was input to the systolic blood pressure. We directed our attention to the maximum value of the impulse response function and the settling time, and compared the indices of the proposed method and the method currently used. As a result, a positive correlation was found between the maximum value and the currently used index. Moreover, a negative correlatio was found between the settling time and the current index. We thus attained the possibility that arterial baroreflex could be evaluated by applying the multivariate autoregressive model to the heart rate and the blood pressure time series. |
