| 抄録(和) | 我々は、被験者が望む様々な運動パターンの生成できるように、FESシステムと装具を組み合わせた歩行再建システムを構築してきた。しかし, そのコントローラの操作は複雑で健常者においても十分な歩行訓練が必要であり, そのまま患者へ適用すると負担が大きく危険である。そこで、歩行訓練の前に予めシステムのコントローラ操作を習得するためのシミュレータが求められる。本研究では、ニューラルネットワーク学習を利用して、訓練用2足歩行シミュレータを作成した。このシミュレータを用いて訓練を行ったところ、訓練の前後で歩行速度などの歩行のパフォーマンスが改善された。また、下肢麻痺者へのFESの適用において問題となっている筋肉の疲労についても、訓練後にはFESの使用率が3分の1以下になるなど、その有用性が確認された。 |
| 抄録(英) | We have constructed a walk reconstruction system by which a paraplegic can generate a movement pattern that he desires. However, much training is required to learn the control operation and get a stable walk in this system. This study aims to produce a simulator of locomotion for the reconstruction system. The simulator is utilized when the paraplegic learn the operation of controllers before actual training of walk. When the normal subject trained with this simulator, the walk was improved; the walk cycle is shortened to about 90%, and the strides was extended to 113%. Furthermore, the use of FES, which causes the fatigue of muscles, decreased to less than one third. |
