Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Skin potential which can measure non-invasive and easily is one of the bio-signal like EEG and EMG. But it's production is not clear. We assume that skin potential is related to autonomic nervous system. Therefore, we measure heart rate and skin blood flow as a index of autonomic nervous system while skin potential measurement, and investigate the relationship between skin potential and autonomic nervous system. As a result, a variation of skin potential is large and it's latent period elongates when sympathetic nerve activity is dominant. On the other hand, the variation of skin potential is small and it's latent period is shortened when parasympathetic nerve activity is dominant. It is, therefore, clarified that skin potential reflects autonomic nervous system. It is suggested that skin potential becomes an indication of autonomic nervous system.
