Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We challenged to describe the bio molecular reaction field that is characterized by isotropic identical molecules and their interaction and thermo dynamical diffusion in terms of statistical classical mechanical method. The system was assumed to be consisted of N molecules each of them has finite moment and potential. As a result, the system was set to be 6 N hyper phase space. For the starting point, we describe several characteristic thermo dynamical properties such as distribution function, a pair molecular function, local free energy and introduced mathematical method for averaging processes. We also introduced thermo dynamical (statistical mechanics)friction coefficient. We also introduced averaging method for free energy of dipole-charge interaction. The present method when extended can be applied for quantal description of the bio molecular reaction field..
