| 抄録(和) | 圧受容体反射は、健常人の場合、加齢・運動負荷・精神ストレスなどにより低下することが知られている。また、β-遮断薬による交感神経活動遮断薬服用時にも値が低下する。本論文では、圧受容体反射を安静時による時間領域におけるインパルス応答関数を用いた解析方法を提案した結果を述べている。しかし、従来法との比較では、相関関数とは言えなかった。そのため、β-遮断薬投与時によるインパルス応答関数を用いて回帰直線の傾きの変動を求めた。その結果、交感神経を遮断すると下がっていく傾向が認められた。従って、圧受容体反射とインパルス応答関数の傾きとの間に相関関数に近い結果が得られた。 |
| 抄録(英) | It is known that the pressure receipt body reflection for the ordinary man decreases by the aging, the movement load, and the soul stress, etc. Moreover, the value decreases by taking the sympathetic nerve activity interception medicine such as β-interception medicine. The pressure receipt body reflection is described and the result of proposing hte analysis method of using the iir function in the time area at rest is described in this thesis. However, it could not be said the correlative relation from the comparison with the conventional methods. Therefore, the deviation of the inclination of the recurrence straight line was obtained by using the iir function with β-interception medicine administering. As a result, the decreasing tendency was observed when sysmpathetic nerve was intercepted. Therefore the quasi correlation was recognized between the pressure receipt body reflection and the inclination of the iir function. |
