Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Subcutaneous measurement of chemical components intissue using microdialysis probe in difficult, due to decrease in recovery rate and sensor drift. In this study we tried to solve the problem using null method. A reference solution is pass to the sensor directly and via a semi-permeable membrane having in objective solution alternatively. Using servo-control of the concentration of reference solution so as to be equated with objective solution, the concentraton of objective solution is estimated. In a preliminary experiment, we could measure glucose concentration even the rate of recovery has decreased and the sensor drifted.
