| 抄録(和) | われわれは, パーソナルコンピュータとデジタイザを用いた随意運動解析システムを開発し, 健常者と運動失調症患者の上肢運動機能を識別するためのいくつかの有効なパラメータを抽出してきた.本研究では, 幼・小児期における図形描写能力の定量化をはかるために, このシステムを用いて楕円と長方形を描画図形とした図形描写課題を行い, 入力波形を解析して得られた5個のパラメータを用いて図形描写能力の発達過程と男女差について調査した.その結果, 各パラメータにおいてそれぞれの特徴的な発達傾向を観察することができた事から, 本手法の有効性が示唆された. |
| 抄録(英) | We have devevloped a voluntary movement analysis system with a personal computer and a digitizer, and extrated some useful parameters for distinguishing movement functions of upper limbs in normal subjects and patients with motor function disorders using this system. In the present study, to quantify the figure depicting function of children, we measured depicted trajectories (ellipse or rectangle) and calculated five parameters from the trajectories and then examined courses of the development and sexual differences. As results, tendencies of the development are show unique patterns by each parameter. It is suggested that this method is effective to quantify the figure depicting function of children. |
