Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We regarded the binding process of repressor particle to the operator gene as a kinetic diffusion control process for controlling the gene expression. We show a mathematical method for transient changes in the diffusion process. We have described the diffusional flow composed of source and sink in the cylindrical coordinate by partial differential equation. By applying the Laplace integral transformation, we obtained a rigorous solution of the temporal changes in diffusional flow that involved the particles. The transient solutions were approximated by Allen's formula and the transfer function was transformed to show eigen values and partial fraction. The present method will be available for evaluating the transient process of gene control.
