| 抄録(和) | 神経軸索、神経終末と標的細胞膜上の受容体との間(シナプス間隙)でおこる神経情報の伝達を仲介する神経伝達物質の移動を解析する数学的方法をMeyyappan(1984, 86)の研究にもとずいて紹介する。本研究では、単純な拡散、流体運動のみではなく、接合部前後で細胞の活動に差が存在する場合、これらの差がその物理場における温度差ととらえて、熱勾配下での、生体粒子の流体力学的解析方法を紹介した。基本解は双曲線関数とレジェンドレの球関数との級数積であり、これに温度場と流体場の境界条件を生体分子表面上と無限遠での条件とを満たす解を解析的に求めた。本研究は温度勾配が存在する場合の生体分子の流体力学的連動を解析するうえで有益である。 |
| 抄録(英) | We introduced a mathematical method proposed by Meyyappan (1984, 1986) for analysis of bio molecular movement in the physical filed under the temperature gradient. The target potential; filed was confined on the chemical transmission across the neural cleft where the distance is small and the biological activities between the pre and post synaptic cells are different which produces thermal gradient. The mathematical form of basic solutions for the present problem was the series expansions of the product of hyperbolic function and Legendres's spherical polynomials. The unknown coefficients involved in thcsc solutions were determined by thc boundary condition on the surface of the biomolecular particle and temperature at infinite position. |
