| Abstract(in English) | Japan Association of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (JAOG) is planning to introduce a optical memory card as "mother card" to realize a common use system for perinatal management in all Japan. For this purpose, the committee of JAOG has made and published a "standard format of JAOG for the optical memory card" in 1995. The data recorded on the optical memory card are managed in the following 9 different files. (1) the file for basic information of pregnant woman. (2) the file for regular examination at outpatient clinic. (3) the file for ultrasound measurement. (4) the file for blood examination. (5) the file for Pelvis measurement. (6) the file for delivery information. (7) the file for newborn baby. (8) the file for FHR recording. (9) the file for other information (image, voice). |
