Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Recently, accelerated plethysmogram (APG) which is obtained by differentiating plethysmogram twice is studied as a new method evaluating the state of blood circulation, and various relations between APG waveform and the state of blood circulation have been reported. However such relations between the state of blood circulation and the changes of APG waveform were clinica1 and empirical statements, some physiological mechanism which explains the changes of APG waveform with the state of blood circulation has to be clarified in order to apply APG on clinical medicine. In this study, in order to elucidate the physiological mechanisms we simulated the state of blood circulation with age on the mathematical model reflecting the human cardiovascular system and studied relationships between the changes of APG waveform and the state of blood circulation.
