Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In our previous study, we observed that dynamic characteristics of saccade depend on change of vigilance level. In this paper, three hypothetical cases are examined to clarify one (or more) factor (factors) which change dynamic characteristics of saccade in relation to the change of vigilance level. First, change of the activity in pulse generator. Second, change of the speed of signal transmission. Third, change of the characteristics of eye plant such as extraocular muscle. As the result, we assumed that modification of dynamic characteristics of saccade by change of vigilance level originate from the change of the activity in pulse generator.
