Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) It is known that most of neurons perform integral pulse frequency modulation (abbreviation IPFM) with a refractory period (RP). We have investigated the mechanism how an output pulse train from IPFM system with absolute refractory period (ARP) for a periodic signal have the infomation of the signal. We have analyzed a return map of beginning phases of integral of the IPFM system with ARP for a distorted wave. It has been made clear by use of the map how n period pulse train occurs by IPFM system with ARP for the wave.
