Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A neural network model consisting single motor cortex output cell (CMN), actual number of a motoneuron, Renshaw cells and muscle units was constructed. αMNS send excitatory impulses to Renshaw cells. Renshaw cells send inhibitory impulses back to αMNs. The relation between firing rate of CMN and that of αMNs, characterized by the size principle, was obtained with restricted connections between Renshaw cells and αMNs. Them muscle contraction was force almost proportional to the firing rate of CMN.
