| 抄録(和) | 生体内の光散乱に対し、連続光を強度変調することにより、原理的には時間分解手法と同等の解析を行うことが出来ると考えられる。本研究では、まだ充分に検討されていない不均一吸収分布を有する光散乱媒質の周波数特性について主にシミュレーションにより検討を行った。透過系と反射系のモデルについて吸収分布の周波数領域における影響をそれぞれ検討した結果、実用的なモデルを想定した場合、透過系に比べ反射系の層状構造モデルにおいて、その変化が顕著に現れることが明らがとなった。更に、その周波数特性の変化は吸収層の吸収係数や位置に強く依存することが分かった。 |
| 抄録(英) | With intensity-modulated CW light, the same analysis is possible as the time-resolved technique for the scattering phenomena in mammalian tissues. Mainly in simulation, we analyzed the frequency response of scattering medium with inhomogeneous absorption coefficient. Two models were analyzed, i.e. a transmission-type and a reflection-type. In practical conditions, the frequency response of the reflection-type was more sensitive to the absorption change than that of the transmission-type. In the reflection-type, it was found that the frequency response was sensitive to the positions and the absorption coefficients of the absorptive layers in scattering medium. |
