| 抄録(和) | 血管壁の水透過速度の変化が管壁の組織構造に及ぼす影響を調べるために, 家兎総頸動脈の外膜を剥離し, 一定期間飼育した後に血管を摘出して, 血管壁の水透過速度の測定および組織観察を行った.その結果, 血管外膜を剥離することにより, 水透過速度は一時的に上昇するが, 外膜組織の再生に伴って低下し, 再生した外膜がほぼ定着する28日後には外膜を剥離しなかった血管の水透過速度と同程度の値にまで回復していた.外膜組織の再生に伴い中膜も肥厚したが, 最終的には一定の厚さに落ち着いた.内膜肥厚は, 外膜を剥離して7日後および14日後の血管にのみに観察された.これらの結果より, 血管壁の水透過速度の増減が血管壁の組織構造の変化に深く関与していることがわかった. |
| 抄録(英) | To investigate the effect of the change in water filtration velocity on the structure of an arterial wall, measurements of water filtration velocity and microscopic observation of histological specimens of the rabbit common carotid arteries were carried out by surgically removing the adventitia of the arteries and harvesting them at different time postoperatively. It was found that by removal of the adventitia, water filtration velocity at the arterial wall increased temporarily, and then as the healing of the adventitia progressed, it decreased gradually unit the water filtration velocity attained almost the same value as that obtained with freshly excised intact arteries. Intimal thickening was observed in those vessels harvested at 1 and 2 weeks postoperatively. These results indicate that the change in water filtration velocity at the vessel wall brings about certain changes in the structure of the vessel wall. |
