| 抄録(和) | 生体リズムゆらぎの起源と機能的意義の解明を目的として, 鶏胚の発生過程における心拍リズムゆらぎの変化を解析した.心拍リズムゆらぎのスペクトル解析の結果, 0.1Hz以下の低周波数領域においては孵卵10日目前後ではほぼwhite noise様であったスペクトル特性が, 孵卵17日目以降1/f様の特性を示す傾向が認められた.さらに, 孵卵10日目頃から現れ始めた心拍リズムゆらぎの呼吸性変調成分は孵卵日数の増加に伴い徐々にその大きさを増し, 特にスペクトルの低周波数領域において1/fゆらぎが認められるのとほぼ同時期に呼吸性変調成分が急激に大きくなる傾向が認められた.この時期は心臓に対する自律神経支配の完成時期とほぼ一致することから, 心臓への自律神経支配の機能的発達が心拍リズムゆらぎの期限として重要な役割を果たしていることを示唆している. |
| 抄録(英) | In this study, we measured electrocardiograms of developing chick embryos to investigate fluctuation in heart beat periods during development. The power spectral density below 0.1 Hz was almost flat like white noise in the early period of incubation, became inversely proportional to the frequency as embryos grew, and finally, at about the 17th day of incubation (DI), showed characteristics of 1/f fluctuation. In the power spectrum of heart beat periods, the spectral component representing respiratory modulation, the frequency estimated from respiratory rhythm just before hatching, was first observed at about the 10th DI and the component became greater during development of the chick embryos, especially at about the 17th DI. All these results suggested that the autonomic nervous control of the heart in chick embryos fully developed by about the 17th DI and the 1/f fluctuation of heart beat periods may appear under this control. |
