Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We applied linear systems analysis and Roboust analysis for intra cellular Calcium ion transport across the Sarcoplasmic Reticulum. The transport system was composed of Ca ATPase, Calcium ion, ATP. These three components react each other to from biochemical complexes. The calcium binding sites of these complex are translocated from out side to inside of the SR to transport Ca. We induced thirteen linear equations for the temporal changes in the concentrations of the species. We applied Robust control theory and H infinity control theory to compute the structural singular values and H2, H∞ norms. Increase in ATP and Calcium ions out side of the SR elevated SSV while they reduced the H2, H∞ norms. The present investigation will be available for evaluating the functional spase of the Calcium transport system.
