Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) We analyzed transient changes of the dynamic activation processes of genes by numerical computational technique. The model is extended version of that proposed by Manabe(1981). The sequence of genes are composed of regulatory region, control region composed of the promoter and operator regions. The repressor when bound to the operator region inhibits the starting of transcription by RNA polymerase. When the repressor was caught by an inducer, the repressor is released from the operator gene and transcription starts. We have set the amount of repressor, inducer and RNA polyumerase as variables and described these activation sequence by 16 non linear differential equations. The rate constants were utilized from reported experimental data. The temporal changes of the species showed a characteristic pattern. The present modeling will be available for predicting the dynamic behavior of the gene activation process.
