Abstract(in English) | p53 has been named "guardian of the genome" by many researchers. Dynamic process of p53 in rat liver cells excised has been reported, because this protein suppresses abnormal cell proliferation such as cancer cells and controls apoptosis. We propose a mathematical model of this dynamic process and practice computer simulation. In the case, unknown parameters is detected by means of the optimum parameter method. Performance of the simulation led to some interesting opinions. |
