Abstract(in Japanese) | (See Japanese page) |
Abstract(in English) | This paper showed the biological effect of a static magnetic field using the adhesion of pathogenic Escherichia coli to HeLa cells. The number of adhesive E.coli was increased by the exposure of the static magnetic filed under the mixed incubation. There was also the dose dependency on the intensity of static magnetic field in this phenomenon. To analyze this phenomenon, the infectious susceptibility of HeLa cells to the steady magnetic filed was examined. The results showed that this phenomenon was not caused by the changing of infectious sensibility. |
