Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A possible mechanism for biochemical signal amplification involved in intra cellular information processing has been proposed in terms of exponential cycling reaction system. The Substrate M and T have been utilized to produce product D which in turn combined with another substrate X with the help of the second enzyme E 2 to reproduce T.The rate limet step was the conversion from E1MT to E1DD.When the rate of this coefficient has been increased, the products and the intermediate after this process has been increased exponentially. The essential nature of this increase derives in the non linearity of the system equation. This mechanism must be available for estimating the enzyme reaction system such as mykinase-pyruvate kinase cycling system and Krebs TCA cycle.
