Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) To know the mechanism of production of cAMP in response to Hormone,we have proposed an optimal control mechanism for the inter converting system among receptor,ATP and hormone complexes. The instantaneous equilifbrium state was expressed by linear differential equations assuming that the ATP and Hormone were supplied sufficiently. The performance function minimized included the rate of changes in these complexes and the control input to drive the production of each complexes. The optimal trajectories of concentrations of these complexes and the optimal control inputs were seriously influenced by hormone but little by ATP.The time courses of the optimal inputs were reverted by increase in hormone. Present analysis is available for evaluation of the control mechanism of receptor,ATP and hormone interactions.
