Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A theoretical analysis has been performed on the effects of the time dependent change of blood flow resistance in coronary vessel on hemodynamical properties of coronary circulation. The coronary circulation has been duscribed by aortic and atrial epicardial, intra myocardial superficial and deep layer. The resistance of vessel has been set to increase exponentially with progress in ventricular contraction. The performance function minimized involve the rate of changes in pressure and flow at 4 regions. The venous flow rate increases with cardiac contraction while arterial flow decreased. The coronary arterial pressure and flow are markedly influenced by time dependent increase in resistance. The optimal input pressure was decreased by venous resistance.Present investigation is available for speculating the coronary circulation under the time dependent increase in resistance.
