Abstract(in English) This paper presents a new approach to method of evaluating the function of circulation system using impulse response functions.We also propose a method of identifying the impulse response functions from autoregressive model of R-R intervals time series. Impulse response functions means the diagnoses a system,but there has been very few instances that using impulse response functions for identifying the circulation system.We apply the proposed method to the simulated R-R intervals time series and measured time series under the physical and mental workloads.This practical method can be used to identify circulation system effectively.
