| 抄録(和) | 線虫の行動解析に画像処理を用いることにより,行動と運動の量的計測を行った.線虫をVTRに録画し,これより画像を計算機に取り込み処理を行った.この処理内容は以下である.1)線虫の軌跡の画像を作成した.2)線虫を追尾し軌跡を得ると同時に速度を測定して,その意味を考察した.3)線虫の画像を細線化し線虫の形状を記録した.これにより行動と運動を従来よりも量的・機械的に正確に捉えることができた. |
| 抄録(英) | In order to investigate behaviors of C.elegans,images of the worm were stored on a video tepa recoder,and the replayed images were analyzed in a personal computer.The trace of the worm was chased by the computer program.The velocity was calculated,and its meaning in the behavior is discussed.From an image of a microscope, the center line of the worm was extracted.Using these methods we can obtain accurate quantities which characterize the behavior. |
