Abstract(in English) | In order to continue electrofusion of yeast cells and their culture,we used solution with 10% glucose in both the cases. The yeast protoplasts could be formed the pearl chains, when AC electric field of 1MHz with 10kV, m was applied. The most high ratio of the fused cells(about 10%)could be gotten by use of two DC pulses with peak strength of 700kV/m and time constant of 40μ s ec at interval of about 1sec.When DC field with 100V/m was applied yeasts in culture, they were not formed near both the eletrodes, because of pH change. |
