Self-Organization of Movable Finite Automata besed on T4 Bacteriophage

Abstract(in English) MFA(movable finite automata)consist of box with rectangular sides has been proposed by Goel et al..Their MFA model can be used to display the self-assembly of T4 bacteriophage-like entity from its components.However,The model is not reflected too much upon T4 phage.In our MFA model,12 kinds of MFA consist of spheres or straight lines are prepared.Each of MFA has its intrinsic bond sites and bond site number functions.This MFA model can be reproduced the pathways of T4 phage assembly.Moreover,the model accomplished self-organization resembles the natural T4,phage in shape.
