Abstract(in English) A mathematical method to determine the equilibrium coefficients of Plasmin rekited fibrinolysis chemical system has been ced based on Darvcy(1968).The transient changes in the serum concentrations of the Plasminogen activating factor,Activating enzyme,Plasmin, Plasminogen,Plasmin substrate,Reacted products and intermediatc products′ are expressed in non linear differential equations which was simplified to a linearized equations.A the steady state,an activate′d form of enzyme and intermediate products are independen t from changes in the equilibrium coefficients and showed similar patterns.The transient changes of the reaction products can be approximated by quasi linear equation.The coefficient of the second order term was independent form the equilibrium coefficients,individual coefficients can be shown to be determined only by measuring the actual amount and its rate of change of the reacted products.
