Abstract(in English) A theoretical analysis was performed on the optimal trajectories of control input which drive the 3 compartments biological system. The system was experssed by linear simultaneous differential equations with time variant reaction diffusion coefficients.The performance function involved the time derivatives of concentration of individual compartment and the deviation from the target values.The optimal trajectories showed inverted parabolic pattern with maximum at its initiation and minimum its middle of reaction timc.The exponential increasing pattern of reaction coefficient induced parabolic patterns of the optimal control variable.Present study affords a theoretical back ground for regulation of the control variable as input.
