Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Based on the 3 compartmental model of biological system,an analysis was confined on the transient behaviors of the optimal concentration of a given substance and the 3 independent different kinds of optimal control inputs when they were supplied selectively to an individual compartments. The concentration of each compartment increased linearly and were independent from changes in reacti on coefficients nor their time dependent natures. The optimal control variable thcmsclvcs showed pcak values at the initiation of operation. Then it decreased rapidly and again increased gradually with smallest magnitudes. From the view point of time dependent changes, these 3 independent optimal input pattern resulted in more stable state in individual compartment.
