Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) In this study, various techniques are reviewed which transform R- wave event series into an evenly-spaced heart rate variability inevitable to the power spectral analysis of heart rate variability. The relationship is discussed between those and IPFM model. As a result,it is shown that all techniques well retrieve the driving signal(or the effect of autonomic nervous system on heart rate variability) from cardiac event series, but IHRS,IIHRS and LPFES are more attractive in the analysis of heart rate variability. That is,it also means that those techniques are well consistent with IPFM model. Also,it is shown that techniques using the heart rate instead of RR interval and, or the the first-order interpolation result in more satisfactory power spectral.
