Abstract(in English) A theoretical analysis was performed on the transport phenomenon across the biological membrane with molecular competition.We utilized the 3 layers model proposed by Hill(1966).Each layer was supposed to be occupied by certain molecules.The optimal state was defined that the time dependent changes of occupation density at each layer became minimum.The density at two boundary layers changed more rapidly with changes in reaction coefficient at intermediate zone of membrane.The effects of changes in reaction coefficient within the membrane influenced to the boundary layers. The effects of the weighting coefficient was small and the 3layer construction of membrane seem to be itself optimized.
