Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) A theoretical analysis was performed on the protein synthesis on the messenger RNAin view point of optimal control principle. The stochastic process or the number of the ribozomes on the messenger RNA are expressed by the state variables and their transient behavior was expressed by differential equations. The performance function involved the time dependent changes in individual state variables and we defined the state is optimal such that the performance function was minimized. The transient changes in number of ribozome was small and stable as long as the optimal control was performed even though the weighting coefficients and reaction coefficients were changed.
