Abstract(in Japanese) (See Japanese page)
Abstract(in English) Change in interelectrode impedance was measured when yeasts cultured in medium.Applying frequencies of 1 kHz,10 kHz and 100 kHz for platinum, carbon and steinless steel electrodes, all the impedances increased similar to an absorbance curve through the yeast medium with cultivated time.Voltages occurred out from asymmetric electrodes,steinless-platinum and carbon-platinum increased abruptly before mold was observed with the naked eye. But, the voltage from electrodes of steinless-carbon did not change. From above experimental results,we set up a system with pocket computer detecting and monitoring yeast medium.
