| Abstract(in English) | For the experiment of the international communications on PARTNERS project which has been under the guidance of the Ministry of Posts and Telecommunications,and of the National Space Development Agency of Japan.On this project,there have been two networks operated,the one is for education,the other is for medicine,the latter called the AMINE;Asia-Paific Medical Information Network via ETS-5,formed 17 earth stations of VSAT on L band at hospitals,five in Thai,five in PNG,one in Cambodia,six in Japan.This paper discribes the outline of the AMINE,that have been operated almost everyday to make teleconsultation with exchanging full color still image and audio since Oct.′92.It seems that the experiment services will be very effective in clinical medicine. |
